Taste Test: Fresh & Easy Rosemary Focaccia Bread

Pre-heat the oven to 400F.  Place the rack in the center of the oven.  Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.  Place the dough in the center and spread with you fingers.

Pierce with a fork (10-12 times) and dimple with your fingers.

Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and dried herbs.  Allow to dough to sit for 15 minutes.

 I used rosemary, oregano and thyme.

 Bake for 12-15 minutes.  Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes before slicing.

 Golden brown.  Taste was excellent.  We dipped in a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  I would make again in a heart beat.  Was delicious with sliced tomatoes.
